When choosing
to serve hors d'oeuvres only, we request that you have at least eight items. Making selections evenly from our hot and cold items will ensure an ample variety for all of your guests.

Some items may not be suitable for off-premise events. Please check with your salesperson.

Cold Hors d'oeuvres

Fruit Tray: An arrangement of seasonal fresh fruits served with caramel or chocolate dip

Vegetable Tray: Variety of fresh vegetables served with a dill dip

Marinated Crudites: Asparagus, Grape Tomatoes, Snow Peas, Mushrooms, and Olives marinated in Italian Dressing topped with Feta Cheese

Domestic Cheese Board:Cubed Swiss, Pepper Jack, and Cheddar served with Cheese Spread and Crackers

Imported Cheese Board: Variety of imported cheeses served on a decorated platter with gourmet crackers

Cheese Ball: Our special cheese blend served with crackers. Will serve 20 to 25 people

Vegetable Pizza: An assortment of fresh vegetables and cheese arranged on a croissant crust

Pate a Choux: Puff pastry filled with Chicken Salad

Phyllo Cups: Puff pastry cups filled with seafood salad

Turkey and Ham: Thinly sliced and served cold with a Basket of Silver Dollar Rolls

Mini Subs: Chicken Salad, Ham or Turkey on Baguettes

Ham or Turkey Roll Ups: Ham or Turkey rolled in flour tortillas with cheese

Beef Tenderloin: Tenderloin slow roasted, sliced thin and served with baguettes and horseradish sauce

Antipasto Kabobs: Mozzarella cheese, Salami, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes on a skewer

Shrimp Bowl: 21 to 26 count jumbo shrimp on a bed of ice with cocktail sauce

Cajun Sauteed Shrimp: Jumbo shrimp sauteed with Cajun spices

Smoked Salmon Display: Whole Salmon displayed with dilled cream cheese and capers. Will serve 50-75 guests

Southwest Dips: White Tortilla Chips with Salsa, Guacamole and Black Bean Dip

Tomato Basil Bruschetta: Traditional garlic bread, served bite-size, with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, and drizzled with olive oil

Hummus with Pita: Traditional Hummus drizzled with Olive Oil and served with Pita Bread or Pita Chips

Dolmades: Grape leaves stuffed with sauteed Onions, Pine Nuts, Raisins & Rice

Elegant Sweets Assortment: An array of Cream Puffs and Petit Fours

Sweets Tray: Fresh baked Chocolate Chip Brownies and an assortment of drop Cookies
